How to use

You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

1. Insert your Lycamobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on.
2. You can now make and receive calls and SMS from your Lycamobile.

You can buy Lycamobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer or online at Online top-up. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.

To top up your balance using your Lycamobile in Denmark, either:

• Enter *101*PIN#, press send; or
• Dial 3333 (or 92#) and follow the instructions.

To top up your balance from another phone, or while you are abroad:

• Dial +4571303333 and following the instructions.

You can check your balance at any time.

To check your balance using your Lycamobile in Denmark, either:

• Enter *102# (or 94#), press send, and your balance will shown on your Lycamobile screen; or
• Dial 3333 (or 95#) and listen to your balance.

To check your balance while you are abroad

• Dial +4571303333 and listen to your balance

Your Lycamobile voicemail service has been automatically activated.

Using your Lycamobile voicemail you can:

• Listen to messages left for you
• Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
• Personalise your voicemail settings
• Select your preferred language
• Set your voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones

Access your voicemail from your Lycamobile

To access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in Denmark:

• Dial 3331 (or 91#).

Using voicemail from another phone or when you are abroad

You can check your voicemail from another phone in Denmark or when abroad. Simply use your Lycamobile to call the voicemail menu and follow the instructions to set up a voicemail access code.

To access your voicemail from another phone or from abroad:

• Dial +4571303331
• Follow the instructions to enter your Lycamobile number
• Follow the instructions to enter your voicemail access code

You can select the language to be used for your Lycamobile voicemail and top up service.

To select your preferred language:

• Dial 3333 (or 92#).
• Select the 'Settings' menu.
• Select the 'Change Language' option.
• Select your preferred language

You can view your Lycamobile number on your mobile screen. To have your Lycamobile number displayed:

• Dial *105# or (97#)

You can use your Lycamobile to make and receive calls and SMS in a large number of other countries.
