Unlimited Lycamobile to Lycamobile Call & SMS with no Set-up Fee!

1. This promotion gives unlimited calls and text messages ("the Promotion") between 01/05/12 and 31/05/12 ("the Promotional Period") to all Lycamobile Denmark customers to all other Lycamobile Denmark customers. Calls and text messages to other numbers are charged at normal tariff rate.
2. In order for a customer to benefit from the Promotion, the customer must make a top-up (of any value) during the Promotional Period.
3. By taking part in the Promotion customers will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The benefits given in this Promotion cannot be transferred. To remain eligible for the Promotion, customers must stay connected to Lycamobile Denmark with the same mobile phone number.
5. If customer breach these terms, or if there has been any fraud or abuse of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion and seek reimbursement of charges for calls customers have made and texts that have been sent in accordance with our standard tariff.
6. We reserve the right to replace, amend or withdraw the Promotion, or these terms, at any time on reasonable notice and customers will be notified by text message.
7. No credits or refunds will be given.

9. Lycamobile Denmark accepts no responsibility for any tax liability caused/incurred by an individual or business relating to this Promotion.
