Yes, all Lyca bundles are available with either a physical SIM card or an eSIM. Just choose your preferred option at checkout. Physical SIMs are delivered to you for free, while an eSIM can be activated online straight away.

Depending on your chosen SIM type, follow the steps below: 

• Physical SIM: Insert your SIM into your device and let it detect the network. Once connected, you will receive a confirmation SMS with your new mobile number. We recommend restarting your device to make sure everything is set up properly. You are all set! 
• eSIM: Scan the QR code you received or complete the 1-click activation if you purchased the eSIM directly on your phone. Follow the on-screen steps and your eSIM will be ready in minutes. On a compatible device, you can also run the Lyca Mobile eSIM alongside your existing SIM, giving you two active numbers at once.

Registration is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it. If your SIM is ever lost, damaged, or stolen, a registered SIM can be swapped for a new one, so you keep your number and any remaining balance. You can register your SIM here. 

No, our bundles have no binding period. You can cancel at any time by turning off auto renewal in your My Lyca dashboard.

Lyca Mobile plans

Bundle plans will allow customers to call Landline and Mobiles at a flat discounted rate without a connection charge to the Danish metropolitan Networks & other countries. The allowance also includes texts to standard Denmark network, Mobile data usage in Denmark, calls & SMS to other Lyca Mobile numbers in Denmark. All prices inclusive VAT. A packet is valid for 30 days including the day of purchase. Each bundle could be purchased via a one off payment using the existing top up balance; therefore customers are required to have the minimum required balance on the account. You will be activating only one type of bundle at a time. All the bundles will be auto renewed on expiry. Customers must keep the required balance to auto renew the bundle. Any calls, SMS or data usage after the bundle allowance will be charged on the Standard rate. International calls & Texts, Short numbers Calls, calls to special and premium number calls & Texts and other value-added services are excluded from your allowance. Any unused minutes/Texts or data allowance after the validity period will not be carried forward. Talk time, SMS & Data Plans:

“If we reasonably believe that your usage is harming our Network or other members’ access or use of our Network then you will breach this Fair Usage Policy. Using unreasonably large amounts of data, including but not limited using around 100 of SMS within a day. If we suspect you are in breach of this Fair Usage Policy, we may investigate your usage further to ascertain whether your unlimited SMS usage is in line with this Fair Usage Policy and take action by limiting SMS or suspending services.”

Bundle plan allowance is only for calls (In Denmark & to other countries landlines & mobiles), Texts & Data usage in Danish metropolitan area. Allowance valid is for 30 days. Only one bundle per 30 days period may be allowed. Other usage will be charged at a standard rate. All bundle subject auto renewal up on expiry of each bundles therefore customers should require to keep the minimum amount.
