Each bundle comes with a set amount of national and international minutes, SMS, and data, typically valid for 30 days. This includes data for use in Denmark as well as roaming data for when you travel abroad. Check the bundle details above to see exactly what is included. Once the period expires or your allowance runs out, you can simply renew or switch to a different bundle. 

Yes, you can! After purchasing and activating your SIM, you can bring your existing number to Lyca Mobile by filling out our online porting form. The process usually takes 1 to 3 working days. If you have any questions along the way, our customer service team is ready to help at +4570145556. 

Yes, all Lyca bundles are available with either a physical SIM card or an eSIM. Just choose your preferred option at checkout. Physical SIMs are delivered to you for free, while an eSIM can be activated online straight away. 

Our bundles include minutes to a wide range of different countries. At the top of this page, you can see exactly which countries are included and how many minutes are available for each, so you always know what's covered before you call. 

All our bundles include EU roaming. Check the bundle terms and conditions above to see exactly how much is included and which other countries may also be covered. Travelling somewhere not on the list? Head over to our roaming page, pick your destination and get an add-on to stay connected. 

Depending on your chosen SIM type, follow the steps below: 

  • Physical SIM: Insert your SIM into your device and let it detect the network. Once connected, you will receive a confirmation SMS with your new mobile number. We recommend restarting your device to make sure everything is set up properly. You are all set! 
  • eSIM: Scan the QR code you received or complete the 1-click activation if you purchased the eSIM directly on your phone. Follow the on-screen steps and your eSIM will be ready in minutes. On a compatible device, you can also run the Lyca Mobile eSIM alongside your existing SIM, giving you two active numbers at once.

Registration is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it. If your SIM is ever lost, damaged, or stolen, a registered SIM can be swapped for a new one, so you keep your number and any remaining balance. You can register your SIM here. 

No, our bundles have no binding period. You can cancel at any time by turning off auto renewal in your My Lyca dashboard.

Plan terms & conditions

Lyca Mobile Data bolt-Ons will expire when your current plan expires. The customer may purchase the bundles from their existing account balance. Promotional call credit cannot be used to buy bolt-Ons. You can add up to four bolt-Ons to your existing plan (Plan with data only) with in the expiry. Any unused data will expire on the expiry date of main bundle. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice.
